Catrine Is the Driving Force Behind Succesnøglen
Succesnøglen was founded by Catrine Izabella Lysdal and is built on many years of experience in leadership, talent development, organisational development, training and strategic business development. Across a wide range of industries, Catrine helps leaders, teams and organisations strengthen their capabilities and achieve lasting results.
Catrine's Professional Background
• More than 16 years of leadership experience in strategic and operational management across both private and public sector organisations
• Leadership experience within sales, IT, education and organisational development, with a strong focus on people, collaboration and business results
• Design and delivery of tailored development programmes for leaders, teams and organisations, with an emphasis on trust, leadership development and collaboration
• Certification and training of professionals in the TT38 Talent Test, as well as TT38 Supervision, helping certified practitioners strengthen the quality and impact of their work.
• Delivery of more than 1,000 TT38 Talent Test programmes, including personal feedback sessions and leadership coaching for leaders and teams
• More than 20 years of experience in training, professional development and workshops focused on leadership, team collaboration and performance improvement
• Experience in building, developing and growing a successful business
