TT38 Supervision
Professional Supervision for TT38 Talent Test Certified Practitioners
Succesnøglen is the only company in Denmark offering TT38 Supervision.
TT38 Supervision strengthens the professional quality of working with the TT38 Talent Test by enhancing the standard of analysis, feedback and practical application.
Catrine is a Master Practitioner in the TT38 Talent Test and TT38 Team Test. She has certified professionals and analysed more than 1,000 talent profiles.
TT38 Supervision, analysis/feedback
We work directly with your own cases, helping you gain clarity in your assessments and build a stronger foundation for your professional work.
Supervision may include:

Workshops, training & application
Workshops are a core part of working with talent, and the level of supervision is tailored to your needs, ranging from full involvement to focused support in selected areas.

These programmes are exclusively for TT38 Talent Test certified practitioners.
We have seen a growing demand from certified practitioners who want to gain even more value from the TT38 Talent Test. That is why we have developed two specialised programmes that can be taken individually or combined into a comprehensive professional development journey.
The programmes are designed to strengthen professional quality, expand practical applications and improve the accuracy of analysis and assessment.
Webinar, online
A focused one hour learning session with practical techniques that can be applied immediately.
Topics include talent combinations, profile assessment, matching profiles, interpreting relationships across graphs and much more.
Workshop, On Site
A full day of in depth training with hands on work in analysis, feedback and the opportunity to work with your own cases.
The focus is on improving analytical precision, asking high quality questions and turning insights into practical, actionable feedback.
Workshops are delivered on site throughout Denmark.
